Salt Lake City, Utah: This upcoming winter season, Spencer's For Steaks & Chops (located in the Hilton Salt Lake City Center Downtown) is announcing their new ‘Love Is In The Rare’ Cocktail Series, along with their annual Valentine’s Dinner Menu. This first cocktail series of the new year will feature a variety of crafted aperitifs such as Love Notes, a decadent mix of Tito’s Vodka and butterscotch, and Honeymoon, a tropical treat with sweet rum notes. The entire team is excited to welcome hotel guests and locals alike to try these romantic spirits and flavorsome dinner pairings in their restaurant.
"After seeing the community come out for all our cocktails series in 2024, we know that our first 2025 cocktail series will be loved by all," says Bartender Larry Stiffler. "With a combination of bar experience and Spencer's tradition, we can't wait for Salt Lake City to experience our Love Is In The Rare cocktail series!”
The Spencer's team will launch this new series on January 24th and invites everyone over 21+ to experience the following mixtures:
Love Notes - A decadent vodka cocktail with butterscotch, schnapps, and cream.
Cupid’s Arrow - Gin meets blood orange purée to add a vibrant sweetness.
First Crush - This drink blends sparkling water, lemon, ginger, and syrup for a crisp cocktail.
Mi Amor - Passion meets tangy in this tequila-sweet embrace
Coffee Date - An irresistible blend of bold bourbon and rich espresso
Honeymoon - A tropical treat that blends raspberries, rum, vodka, and pineapple juice
Spencer’s For Steaks & Chops will also host their annual Valentine’s Dinner Menu in the Rare Room - an intimate space created to impress dates and celebrate love. They look forward to seeing happy couples all Valentine’s weekend!
