Salt Lake City, Utah: This April, Spencer’s For Steaks & Chops (located in the Hilton Salt Lake City Center Downtown) is announcing their new dining series, starting with ‘Spring is in the Rare’ at their restaurant and bar, welcome friends, neighbors, locals, and visitors alike. This exciting new menu will feature specialty cocktails and unique bites in their classic dining space.
“We’re looking forward to taking this new dining series as an opportunity to reintroduce ourselves to Salt
Lake City diners,” says Garret Parker - General Manager, Hilton Salt Lake City Center. “With more than
25 years in the destination, we can’t wait to show this exciting new campaign to our regulars and new
guests.”
The Spencer’s team expects to launch this new series annually and invites everyone over 21+ to experience it:
“Spring is in the Rare” Spring Cocktail Series featuring 7 unique aperitifs – Now through June 21st.
“Summer Sizzle” Summer Cocktail Menu – Starting June 21st through September 20th.
“Autumn Breeze” Fall Cocktail Menu – Starting September 20th through November 29th
Spencer’s For Steaks & Chops Executive Chef Tony Coppernoll shared, “What’s coming this spring and summer is exciting! We’re introducing a new Prime Rib Sunday special, featured last week on KUTV, and we are preparing a private event dining experience for guests to enjoy parties and corporate events at.”
